All items are in stock. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 5-7 business days after order is placed not including weekends. All items will be shipped by USPS with tracking numbers.
The buyer is responsible for ALL shipping costs as this is a third party charge.
Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer therefore customer MUST PROVIDE the correct shipping address when placing an order.
The customer may want to purchase tracking insurance on your package since “I Dress Good” is not responsible for any lost items due to incorrect addresses. If the order is returned to “idressgood” due to invalid or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees and must pay for fees before order can be reshipped to the correct address.
Customer will receive an email update with a tracking number as soon as order has been shipped.
Please be aware that “I Dress Good” is not responsible for any shipping errors made by the postal service or for orders lost or stolen during transit. The customer has an option to purchase additional tracking/package insurance. Once your order leaves our facility and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for it and it is out of our control. We cannot refund or replace items that do not make it to you.
Should there be any issue with not receiving your package, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY so we can promptly resolve the issue.
We do not express ship orders.
We do ship internationally. The shipping price will be determined depending on your shipping address. Please note that duties and taxes are not included in the shipping fee, and you will be responsible for those extra charges. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.

You have 14 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it.
“I Dress Good” is not obligated to authorize a return for claims AFTER indicated dates.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item MUST be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, including attached tags ( if any). Otherwise, you are responsible for shipping costs, which are non-refundable, should you return any item.
If an incorrect size is purchased, we will accept a one-time exchange of the item. Customer pays shipping charges for the return of the original item purchased and the shipping of the exchanged item. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us directly to resolve.
All FINAL SALE items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Should you receive a damaged or defective item, claims must be made over email and include a picture of defect within 14 calendar days.

Please include the following: name, reason for return claim, and photo proof of damage. Claim will not be honored otherwise. Any return not considered a damage will be returned at customer’s own expense.
“I Dress Good” will cover the shipping costs for any items that we deem damaged after the item is inspected.
Items must be well packed in order to protect against loss or damages.
Refunds for damage items will be approved by management.
Order cancellations must be requested by written form (email) and receive a reply by “idressgood” for documentation purposes. No cancellations accepted after shipment. All sales are non-refundable.
No Refund Policy/Store Credit
Once we’ve received your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will then notify you on the status of your return after item inspection. If your return is approved, we’ll then initiate a store credit to your account unless otherwise noted/negotiated.
Refunds will NOT be issued.
All FINAL SALE items are FINAL and cannot be returned.
